bathroom sink update

I forgot to post about this when it happened. Earlier I complained that my apartment wasn't fixing a problem with my sink drain. But after I explained directly to the maintenance person who'd been sent over with incorrect information, someone was eventually sent over who was able to actually help. He had a 75-foot motorized snake and pulled up a lot of black gunk from way deeper in the pipes than a manual snake could've. The problem of water coming back up the pipe has not recurred.
